By using the iiiEM Trade Tours website or registering for any of our trade tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

Tour registration is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable registration fee or full payment.

2. Passport & Visa

Participants must possess a valid passport and obtain all necessary visas. iiiEM Trade Tours provides guidance and assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval.

3. Tour Price

Tour prices may change due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, or government regulations.

4. Payment Terms

• Booking amount must be paid to confirm participation.
• Balance payment must be completed before the specified due date.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund shall be governed by the applicable tour cancellation policy. Visa fees, government charges, airline cancellation charges, hotel cancellation charges, and other non-refundable expenses may be deducted.

6. Tour Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, transportation, schedules, or services due to operational requirements, government regulations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants must:

• Carry valid travel documents.
• Follow immigration laws.
• Maintain proper conduct throughout the tour.
• Comply with local laws of the destination country.

8. Limitation of Liability

iiiEM Trade Tours acts as a facilitator for airlines, hotels, transport providers, exhibition organizers, and visa agencies. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, visa rejection, natural disasters, political unrest, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, trademarks, videos, and materials are the property of iiiEM Trade Tours and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
